Redpath icing sugar is a fine, non-clumping powered or confectioners' sugar perfect for icings, frostings, fillings, and dusting. This icing sugar is made from pure cane granulated sugar that has been processed to a powder and mixed with a small amount of cornstarch to prevent caking. As Redpath does not use animal products or by-products in their refining process for sugar, all of their products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Although a small amount of cornstarch is added to the icing sugar to prevent it from clumping, all Redpath sugar products are gluten free.
