Short Description
Shalini Methi Mathri is a variation of the popular Indian snack Mathri. Methi Mathri is made by adding fenugreek leaves (methi) to the dough, along with all-purpose flour (maida), ghee (clarified butter), and spices such as cumin, ajwain (carom seeds), and black pepper. The dough is then rolled into small discs and deep-fried until crispy and golden brown.
